The BBQ season is open! Last weekend we were at the Heat is On at Westrienen is Est, where we gave a demo with both Forged and Plate-it. With the sun in our faces we BBQ’d and served different dishes to the visitors. We showed our Forged Flambadou by sprinkling thinly sliced beef with fat – in 1 word: taste explosion!
