5 different series of knives

All equally unique and fully forged by hand. Crafted according to ancient Japanese traditions and suitable for both professional chefs as well as amateur chefs. Will you opt for the rugged Brute, the subtle Intense, the natural Olive, the refined VG10, or the artistic Katai series?

Olive

A fusion of robust steel with beautiful olive wood, giving it a warm and modern look.

VG10

A special handle made of luxurious root wood. The knives are forged in 5 layers.

Katai

Wave-like shapes were used as a source of inspiration for the design. This is reflected in the shape of the blade and how this transitions into the handle.

Churrasco Forged

The Churrasco series makes it possible for everyone to have this style experience at home. The skewers and forks are made of high-quality steel in combination with olive wood. This series can be perfectly combined with the Olive Forged series. The V-shape and fork skewer are available in the following lengths: 50 cm (19.7″), 60 cm (23.6″), and 70 cm (27.5″).

Leather Forged

The Leather series consists of separate leather covers to safely store your knives and take them with you wherever you go.

They are suitable for the Brute, Intense, Olive en VG10 series.

Brute Forged

The Brute series consists of a cleaver, chef’s knife, bread knife, carving knife, butcher’s knife, utility knife, paring knife, and diamond sharpening steel. In addition, there are also 2 steak knives sets (normal and XXL) and a 3-part set consisting of the chef’s knife, utility knife, and cleaver. All knives are packed in a beautiful box made of burnt wood.

Intense Forged

The Intense series consists of a cleaver, chef’s knife, bread knife, carving knife, butcher’s knife, utility knife, paring knife, and diamond sharpening steel. In addition, there is also a 3-part set consisting of the chef’s knife, utility knife, and cleaver. All knives are packed in a beautiful box made of burnt wood.

Olive Forged

The Olive series consists of a cleaver, chef’s knife, bread knife, carving knife, Santoku knife 14 cm (5.5″), Santoku knife 18 cm (7″), butcher’s knife, utility knife, paring knife, carving fork, diamond sharpening steel, and a beautiful Asian-style cleaver ( the ‘Asian Cleaver’) including a sturdy cutting board. In addition, there is also a 4-part steak knives set and a 3-part set consisting of the chef’s knife, utility knife, and cleaver. All knives are packed in a beautiful box made of burnt wood.

VG10 Forged

The VG10 knives are available in 3 types: a cleaver, chef’s knife, Santoku knife 14 cm (5.5″), and Santoku knife 18 cm (7″).

The knives are delivered including a luxury leather knife-sheath and beautiful gift packaging.

Katai Forged

The Katai series consists of a chef’s knife, carving knife, bread knife, Santoku knife 14 cm and 18 cm (5.5″ and 7″), and a utility knife. All knives are packed in a beautiful box made of burnt wood with a transparent cover.
